Training, Workshops and Keynotes
Programs built on
published frameworks
Reditus is built around two core frameworks. Both teach teams how to read a situation clearly before deciding what to do next. The tools make that approach practical and repeatable, so everyone is evaluating opportunities the same way across the pipeline.
The Reditus Startup Lifecycle (RSL)
What a company is ready for at each stage of its life.
The Reditus B2B Buyer Model (RBBM)
How buying committees reach decisions when no single person can decide alone.
Programs run privately for a single team, or portfolio-wide for funds and accelerators. Keynotes and event sessions draw on either framework.

Complex Sale Programs
A sale is complex the moment more than one person has a say in the decision. From that point the individual inside the buying system is the useful unit of analysis, not the company. These programs teach a team to read that system.
RBBM Foundation: How Buying Committees Decide
Who it is for
The whole revenue organization. Sales, marketing, customer success, revenue operations and the leadership team.
What it covers
Why a committee cannot be modeled as a single rational buyer; why power follows consequence rather than authority; the two dimensions through which individuals evaluate any decision; the tolerance curve and why it governs before preference ever does; the three decisions embedded in every purchase; and how outcomes emerge from constrained systems rather than being chosen by anyone.
What participants leave with
A shared understanding of how complex decisions actually get made, and the vocabulary to work with it: consequence, power, identity and selfish utility, tolerance, and the three decisions inside every purchase. Each function can then apply it to its own work.
Prerequisite
None
Format
In person
Duration
Half-day session
RBBM for Senior Sales Professionals
Who it is for
Sellers carrying complex deals, with enough experience to have seen hundreds of them, who now want to understand what is really going on under the covers of the buying system.
What it covers
The RBBM foundation, then the seller’s position inside it. Reading the system before touching it: stability, where power actually lives, and where your own visibility ends. Champions and their three classes, and the expensive mistake of misreading which one you have. Hearing identity and selfish utility in what people actually say. The two phases of seller work and why the same tactic helps in one and hurts in the other. What each familiar tactic moves, and when it moves nothing. The three levers available to any seller, and the discipline of opportunity selection.
What participants leave with
The RBBM Seller’s Toolkit, populated against their own live deals.
- Stability Assessment
- Opportunity Classification
- Power Map
- Champion Classification
- Utility and Tolerance Matrix
- Decisions Tracker
- Three Moves
The toolkit is available only through an engagement.
Prerequisite
None. The program includes the RBBM foundation.
Format
In person
Duration
Four half-day sessions within one week
RBBM for Sales Leaders
In development
Who it is for
Leaders running a team on complex deals.
What it covers
Deal reviews that ask who carries the risk rather than what the next step is; forecasting with a viability overlay, since stage-based probability measures activity; coaching a rep to read the buying system; opportunity selection as a portfolio discipline; and developing a seller to the point where RBBM is usable at all.
What comes next
RBBM corollaries for marketing, customer success, and buying organizations are in development. Each translates the same foundational model into role-specific judgment without altering the theory, and each will carry a program.
Built on RSL
Fund and Founder Programs
Programs for funds and founder communities centered on RSL, giving investors and founders a shared vocabulary for stage and readiness.
- VC and investment team training
- Founder onboarding workshops
- Portfolio-wide stage-alignment sessions
- Custom programs for funds, studios, and entrepreneurship centers
What the sessions do
Create alignment across teams, accelerate decision-making, and help founders see what their company is ready for and what it is not ready for yet.
Format and duration
Vary by curriculum and need.

Start with the team you have
Tell us who needs the shared vocabulary: a revenue team working complex deals, or a fund and its founders working out what each company is ready for. We will tell you which program fits, or whether none of them does.
