Reditus Group is a fractional revenue firm, embedding senior marketing, sales, and customer success operators into early-stage B2B tech startups. Every engagement is led by people who have built and run revenue systems at scale, not consultants delivering recommendations from a distance.

Craig T. Watkins / Chief Operating Officer

Craig has spent his career in complex B2B environments building teams, designing systems, closing deals, and owning outcomes.

At Verizon, he built a global account management team of 75 people responsible for $1B in recurring revenue across cloud computing, managed hosting, and IT security. The team grew the business at 25% annually against an industry average of 15-16% and reduced customer churn by 75%.

As CRO at Ecrion Software, he led the company’s transition from perpetual license to subscription, growing revenues through the transition and into a successful acquisition by MHC Software. Prior to Reditus Group, he served as VP of Customer Success at Kinetic, a wearable IoT and SaaS workplace safety platform.

Craig holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech and a Masters in International Business from the University of South Carolina.

Tim Koopmann / Chief Revenue Officer

Tim has spent over two decades in enterprise B2B revenue selling, managing, and building the systems that make both sustainable.

At Verizon Business, he led a sales team responsible for $120M in IT services revenue. At Ecrion Software, he ran Customer Success and grew account revenue 40% year-over-year. At Kinetic, he built the customer success program and closed the company’s largest renewal and upsell at $1.5M.

Tim brings the full arc of enterprise revenue experience to early-stage engagements: the ability to open doors, run complex sales, build the systems underneath them, and drive retention and expansion.

Leslie Stefanik / Chief Marketing Officer

Leslie has built marketing functions from scratch at B2B SaaS companies for over two decades: demand generation, GTM strategy, brand, and the systems that connect marketing to revenue.

At PublicRelay she defined and built the entire marketing function for a media analytics SaaS platform. At HireRoad she launched a global marketing organization across three lines of business and took on direct revenue responsibility for the inside sales team. At Deltek, her campaigns generated over half the pipeline to hit revenue goals for the government contracting business unit.

Leslie brings marketing experience built around how B2B buyers actually behave, and what it takes to earn their attention at the right stage.
